(Sean De Gray Birch – 38yrs)

General Info:

Sean has been in the South African Police for 9 ½ years serving in Johannesburg (Midrand and Sandton / Gallo Manor SAPS). He has also been the personal body guard to Priscilla Presley, the All Blacks Rugby team and several others. He has also had an article on him in the in the Men’s Health Magazine. He has further had several articles written about his courage and successes whilst in the police in the Sandton Chronicle and so much more. Sean is now working as a Forensic Investigator for an International localy based company, with their head office in Durban. Specialising in Organised Crime Syndicate investigations, Corporate Crime investigations, Cyber Forensics and Commercial Crimes. He works closely with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), Syndicate Fraud Unit, Organised Crime Unit, Commercial Branch and several other police units within South Africa. He is part of an elite unit of specialists in his field who form part an anti crime unit enforcing a zero tolerance to crime approach.

Sean is based in Amanzimtoti, Durban. As you can tell and his close friends will tell you he is a big Star Wars fan. He likes the Empire and Vader most of all.

Sean is a big surf fan (BIG AIR) and has been racing Jet Ski’s for 5 years; his close friends call him Seanski because of his passion for speed and jet-skis. He enjoys surf riding and jet-ski fishing and most of all Call of Duty 4.

The Inception of the Dark Forces Clan

In Late November 2007 Sean (Seanski) and Ian (Blackdog) were challenged by some friends from Shelly Beach to a 4 day Lan of COD4. Prior to the game he had T-Shirts made for his team, the then named small team was to be Dark Forces ...then later changed to Dark Forces Clan [DF] suggested by [DF] Blackdog -Ian.  Hence our inception of the clan. The idea at the time for the Shelly Beach LAN was to bring his team together and feel part of a brotherhood under one team and united by our colours. The venue was hosted by [DF] Turkish, a good friend of Seanski and for 4 days they dominated in Shelly Beach, desipte being out numbered.

Extras (The Idea ahead and Vision of the Clan Commander)

Sean wants to unite individual players under one team  in the Dark Forces Clan.

Applicants could join our Clan and meet new people, forge friendships with other players who share similar interests. United as a team with a team rank structure who play on the Hardcore Servers for the casual player and on PROMOD for the competative players. Initially we were going to make our numbers low with limited slots for applicants. But due to popular demand we had expanding this number now to include the overwelming amount of interested Public applicants, as well as friends of enlisted [DF] Players and more. We also now compete and take part in inter clan challenges known as Clannies in PROMOD as well as AGASA League.

Most of our members are playing on the Hardcore Servers and PROMOD Servers hence we have a representation on the iGame and SAIX SGS servers as..... Hardcore and PROMOD Tactical rules!!!. You can also now logon at any time and join one of your fellow [DF] team players at your convenience and leasure. [DF] Clan only play on Marines or SAS unless there is auto team balance but due to fairness we are splitting up players to even the playing field, to try make online gaming pleasant for all players. We encourage our members not to smurf under other player names like other clans to hide their identity as this is un sportsman like, only on Tactical Servers for training this is encouraged.

Seanski AKA [DF]Gen.Seanski also wants to give the clan a unique identity so we have had custom made T-shirts for the Durban FRAG LAN events and Rage Events to be worn by members. These can be worn by players everywhere to show their colours and unity to the Dark Forces Clan where ever in the world they are (Mostly SA). Seanski has also arranged with Computers Only based in Jhb www.computersonly.co.za that they supply online ordering and delivery to clan members and very good pre arranged special Dark Forces Clan discounts. These are to name a few of the projects we have for clan members. There will be a small price to pay for these items we have made, but with contacts in the industry this ARE easily affordable to all the clan members only.

New Recruits

Approval is done through =DF=Maj.Gen.Opiuz in charge or Recruiting. Refer to the Join DF Tab on the Home Page, an sms to =DF=Maj.Gen.Opiuz on the number provided. All these details you will be required to send are all listed in the "Join DF Tab" on the home page... Then the new recruit must go through registration steps as stipulated in the "Join DF Tab". www.dfclan.co.za.  Then when approved they can add the [DF] onto their player name.

A Special Message From The Clan Commander

I am honoured to have all you as part of our Elite Team and look forward to fighting with you at my side. Everyone is equal in the clan and brotherhood, we have several enlisted lady members as well in our teams. There is no discrimination of age race or gender or player pre performance prior to joining the clan as we are not like other clans at all.

We have a rank structure in place under "Clan Structure" tab on the home page with a proper Chain of Command in place as shown in the "Clan Structure" tab on our home page. Please conduct yourselves at all times like Marines or Elite SAS on line. Study military phrases and talk, for we are ALL ambassadors for the Dark Forces Clan on line from now on. Do not dissapoint me or you will suffer a DF Clan Court Marshall.

Let all know we are Elite members of an Elite unit and team when you type text or speak on line. No bad language or use of swear words will be tolerated.

By playing on the public Servers you automatically accept the SERVER HOSTS ROE (Rules of Engagement) make sure you read these.

If you get aggravated by a camper seek him out and “slice and dice” him / her with your knife.

The message will soon get out that you are a better equipped, well trained and an Elite Soldier of the best team in Call of Duty 4. Make me proud to have you serving in our Elite Unit.
