Dark Forces Clan : Code of Conduct (Marines and SAS)
A.) Dark Forces ROE are our Server Hosts ROE (iGame and SAIX)Important notes to remember while playing on-line and Offline: Your DF tags is a symbol that shows the public that you are a member of our Dark Forces Clan and any form of bad behavior or disregard for ROE or poor conduct unbecoming of a Dark Forces Member, will point back to the Dark Forces Clan directly or indirectly, don’t assume because its an isolated incident on or offline there will be no comebacks, now you have Dark Forces colors and are no longer seen online and offline as an individual but as a Dark Forces Worrier, so act accordingly at all times. Make the game enjoyable for all by being honorable at all times. Abide by the server ROE that you are playing on.(READ our Server Hosts ROE) If you are ever banned notify both your Battalion Commander and the Clan Commander for the reason for the ban and the period – failure to report that you have been banned to us could result in your Membership being terminated as transparency and trust are vital in our Clan, people make mistakes and we understand this, but be honest and keep us notified. Do not accuse anyone of cheating by use of the words such as HAX etc. (We are better than that … seek out the player.. find that person and smoke them in game with your weapon or knife them to show they wasted their money buying cheats.) Should you feel that someone is really cheating take recorded clips of your game and submit these to your server hosts. Do not use any form of abbreviation that can be misunderstood. Do not use foul language. Do not use any form of racial comments. Do not belittle “Noobs” online and offline. Do not disrespect Female players / members or the gender. Refrain from getting into a dispute at al times. There are people out there that will do their best to provoke DF and or slander our good name.
B.) New Recruits and Members On joining the Dark Forces Clan you must upload a player profile picture of yourself in the Search All Soldiers Tab– (Use the Jpeg resizer available for download on the net just Google it to shrink your pic.) Failure to upload a photo of your self will result in Termination of Membership. All new recruits and members must also register and utilize the forums to keep up to speed on internal developments with in our Clan. All new recruits and members are to check their emails at least 2x a week for DF Communications. Any change of address, contact details or player name must be communicated to =DF=Maj.Gen Leyzer, =DF=Lt.Gen.Virus and [DF]Gen.Seanski within 2 days of the change being made in order for us to update our data base, the clan structure and Forum. Should you be offline or going away on holiday inform both your Battalion Commander and Clan Commander in the event of important changes taking place we will keep you in mind and inform you on your return and not assume you are not interested or are MIA. Giving others persons inside the Clan and Externally your username and password of the DF Website or Forum will result in your membership being terminated.
C.) External Clans No member may in any form play under any other tags than the DF clan tags when a DF member. No member may sub/reserve for any other clan in any form. Joining or being part of another clan while you are in DF will not be allowed and will result in a permanent expulsion. Only in very unique circumstance will a special clearance by the clan Commander be given if you request and explain your predicament. Don’t assume by asking it will be granted.
D.) The Chain Of Command Respect the chain of command. Show pride in your Clans Command Structure and respect both the rank and the member. Remember, respect is not given it is earned. (If in doubt in the real world you find that you don’t like the officer that’s fine, but salute the rank.
E.) Internal DF Clannie Teams Important note for Clannie team members: Pitch for matches and friendly’s, even if you are a reserve. Every one in the team and Clan plays a vital roll in the Clan and is a link in the chain that drives the DF War Machine Forward. Weak links make everyone suffer so don’t let your team, the clan and most of all your new DF buddies down. Be an example on the battlefield, as you are representing your clan. Win or lose with honor.
Tea bagging is not allowed… EVER. (It is degrading and un-sportsmanlike behavior that does not belong in DF and can result in Termination of Membership. But most important of all, is to try and have as much fun on line as possible…. At least at the end of the COD4 battles and war everyone comes home. You are allowed to “smurf” on Promod public servers when training to improve your skills and not reveal your identity to other players who will watch your game play and keep this in mind when competing against you in tournaments. F.) DF Internal Court Marshall
· This Code of Conduct is not negotiable. · Offenders will be dealt with in the most severe way possible by an internal discussion by the DF High Command (Joint Special Operations Centre) . · Failing to comply with the CODE will result in immediate action by the DF High Command (Joint Special Operations Centre) with no mercy given. Respect yourselves and others. You play under a nickname, but you are bound to the brotherhood of Dark Forces Clan by the tags you wear. |
